Every order is shipped fully insured, so if your item is lost or damaged in transit, we'll resolve this with you directly at no cost, in line with that page and our [Returns & Refunds] policy.

Product Descriptions

 We take care to make our product descriptions and images as accurate as possible, including stone type, treatments and known origin. Because gemstones are natural, colour, size and characteristics can vary between individual stones, and screen settings may affect how colour appears. If an item you receive doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll resolve it in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, set out below and in our [Returns & Refunds] policy.

Your Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL, including that goods will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match their description. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
